BE A PART OF THE CHANGE

Many of these body image and standards are realized and amplified when entering middle school and high school. You are told to look a certain way, what is pretty and what is not. Magazines, movies and social media inform you that you're not pretty enough, skinny enough or normal enough to be beautiful. This is an opportunity to change those mindsets at a very crucial and developmental age range. Volunteer to give your personal experiences with your struggles and triumphs and teach young girls how to be healthy, happy and confident with themselves. When you hit volunteer it will bring you to a directory of local schools participating in your community. If it's not available reach out and we will try to fix that!
